Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Predictera Private Limited (CIN U62020TS2026PTC211015), registered at 12-13-1241, Tarnaka, Lallaguda, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana 500017, India, operating as AIYouth.

Cancelling before your program starts

If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before your course or camp's start date, you receive a full refund of any fee paid.

Cancelling within 7 days of the start date

Once a program is within 7 days of its start date, or has already started, fees are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email partnerships@aiyouth.ai with your enrollment details. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Programs cancelled by us

If we cancel a course, camp, or cohort before it starts, every enrolled participant receives a full refund regardless of the 7-day window above.
