Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Predictera Private Limited (CIN U62020TS2026PTC211015), registered at 12-13-1241, Tarnaka, Lallaguda, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana 500017, India, operating as AIYouth.

Program fees

HackStart is free to enter. NOVA has a published entry fee once registration opens (see the NOVA page for current status). Structured courses, camps, and our 2-month mentor-led training program listed with a price require payment at enrollment; card, UPI, and cardless EMI are accepted where offered. Merch purchases are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for how fee cancellations are handled and our Shipping and Exchange Policy for merch orders.

Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and other students. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a program or event for harassment, cheating, or conduct that endangers other participants.

Placement introductions

Strong performers in our training cohorts and contests may receive an introduction to a hiring partner, or be considered for a role at AIYouth itself. This is an introduction and interview pathway, not a promise of employment — hiring decisions always remain with the employer.

Project ownership

You own what you build during a course, camp, or competition. We may showcase screenshots or descriptions of student projects for promotional purposes unless you ask us not to.

Changes

We may update these terms as programs evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
