What we collect
When you enroll or apply to a program, we collect your name, email address, grade or education level, and the program you're interested in. If you message us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you. For paid courses and camps, payment is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. If you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by your Google account — we never receive or ask for your Google password.
Cookies & similar technologies
Signing in with Google sets one essential cookie (a signed session token) so you stay signed in between visits — it contains no personal data itself, just a reference checked against our database. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies while you're on their hosted payment page, governed by their own privacy policy.
Third parties we share data with
We use a small number of processors to run the site, and only share what each one needs to do its job: Razorpay (payment processing), Google (sign-in, if you use it), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting our backend and database), and Printful (merch order fulfillment — shipping address only, and only for merch orders). None of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing, and we never sell data to anyone.
Data retention
Account profile data (name, email, photo from Google Sign-In) is kept until you delete your account, which you can do yourself anytime from your account page — it's removed immediately, not queued. Paid-order and referral-payout records are kept separately and for longer, because Indian financial recordkeeping law requires it regardless of whether you still have an active account.
How we use it
We use your information to place you in the right cohort, send you enrollment and event logistics, and — only if you opt in — occasional updates about new programs. We never sell your data to third parties.
Students under 18
For programs serving K–12 students, we collect the minimum information necessary to run the program and comply with applicable student-privacy law. Parents or guardians can request a copy or deletion of their student's data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. If you signed in with Google, deleting your account yourself from your account page is the fastest way — it takes effect immediately, not on a delay. For anything that page doesn't cover (correcting enrollment details, exporting your data, or questions about a paid-order record), email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
